Le moule Trompe l’oeil Cacahuète PX43132S de Pavoni Italia (gamme Pavoflex) reproduit le galbe et les stries d’une cacahuète entière. Il permet de mouler des entremets ou bouchées sucrées et salées d’un réalisme saisissant, pour la vitrine boutique, le cocktail dînatoire ou la restauration gastronomique.

À noter : le silicone platine antiadhésif ne nécessite aucun graissage, un démoulage congelé suffit pour conserver le relief intact. Comptez 6 à 8 h de congélation à cœur minimum. Lavage à l’eau chaude avec un savon doux ou au lave-vaisselle, stérilisation possible 2 minutes au four à 150°C.
